REVISION POLICY:

The number of revisions depends on your chosen package. We'll keep revising until you're satisfied, without any extra charges for design concepts that remain unchanged. You'll receive your revised design within 48 hours.

Any changes requested after finalizing the logo designs will be treated as a new order and charged separately.

REFUND POLICY:

Bytech Digital's refund policy is as follows:

• No refunds for special packages, approved primary design concepts, or requested revisions.
• Cancellations unrelated to the company won't be refunded.
• Refund eligibility void after 2 weeks of no contact or policy violations.
• No refunds for approaching other providers or incomplete design briefs.
• Refunds not applicable for 'change of mind' or non-service-related reasons.
• Partial refunds only applicable within specific conditions, such as dissatisfaction with a particular service in a bundle.
• No refunds after 15 days from purchase, and certain services like social media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
• Websites not eligible for refunds post design approval and commencement of development.
• The money-back-guarantee is only for completely rejected initial designs; partial refunds incur a 33% deduction for incurred costs.

NOTE: Bytech Digital reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts as deemed necessary. After a refund, all designs become the property of Bytech Digital.
